Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. During the visit we'll uncover the Colosseum's dark 2,000 year history and gain restricted access to sites only accessible with accredited guides. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of local cheese and Italian Prosecco. We can also accomodate GLUTEN allergy guests and VEGAN guests for a very tasty fresh pasta. We will cook all pasta and the sauces made during the class, eating our different kind of pasta done, sipping good Italian wine. An express tiramisu preparation will follow as a dessert. Moreover, to all the participants will be offered complimentary, the exclusive Professional Chef Hat with logo of "Pastificio Faini". After the trip we will go to have lunch at my house, we will learn how to cook truffles dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with a very good wine. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. The experience lasts about 3 hours, It will also be an opportunity to socialize with other travelers and with your host in an Italian atmosphere. During the meal will be served delicious organic Tuscan wine, that we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani”, wines produced with natural methods.
